Welcome to Dream Crush
This is the recruit hub: the steps between being accepted and your first assignment. Take them in order and tick things off as you go. Your progress is saved to your access code, so you can start on your phone and finish on a laptop. Once you are an active model, your assignments live in the portal.
Your access code
Dream Crush sends you a code once your application is accepted. Type it in with your email. It works for 36 hours and the three steps take about 45 minutes, so start when you have the time.
No code yet? Apply here. Already a model? Use your private portal link.
First: the paperwork
Sign the model release
It verifies your age and formalizes your agreement to model for Dream Crush. It is not exclusive and covers only the work you do with us. ID goes with it. Sign it right here, or have it emailed to you.
The three steps
Guide
How to step on bugs so it is worth watching: what the work is, how we shoot, and video examples of what good looks like. Read it all once.
Camera Positioning
Exactly how to set the phone up: height, distance, dead space, what fills the frame, how to pose. Fixes nine out of ten first-video problems.
Training test
A short quiz on the Guide and the camera rules, plus a pose photo and a photo of your shoes. Optional, but finishing it tells us you are serious, and serious recruits get their first assignment first.
Then: connect
Tell us you are done
When the release is signed and the steps are ticked, message the owner. If a recruiter brought you in, touch base with them instead.
What happens next
We confirm your payout details and the shoes you own, and you get your first assignment: a document with every video spelled out, bugs ordered to your door, and a due date. Everything after that lives in your portal.
Before your first shoot
How it works

We order and ship the bugs, you film to the assignment, we pay you. Simple, as long as it stays that simple.
Never pay anyone to work with us. No fees, deposits or "verification" payments, ever. If someone asks, it is not us. How to tell it is really us.
